VPW CARP/ NGO "VETERANS, WAR PARTICIPANTS AND COMMUNITIES OF ACTIVE RADICAL PATRIOTS OF ZMIIVSHCHYN"

The public organization "Veterans, war participants and the community of active radical patriots of Zmiiv region" (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) is a voluntary association of individuals created to exercise and protect the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, to satisfy the public, in particular, economic, social, cultural, educational and other interests of its members and/or other persons.

The full name of the Organization in Ukrainian is the Public Organization "Veterans, War Participants and the Community of Active Radical Patriots of Zmiiv Region"

Abbreviated name of the Organization – NGO “VUV SARP”. Name of the Organization in a foreign language: Public organization “Veterans, participants in the war and the community of active radical patriots of the Zmyivshyna” Full name of the Organization in English – Public organization “Veterans, participants in the war and the community of active radical patriots of the Zmyivshyna” Abbreviated name of the Organization in English – PO “VPW CARP”

The Organization in its activities is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Public Associations", the Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations", other current legislation of Ukraine and this Charter. The legal basis for the Organization's activities is also regulatory documents and decisions of a general nature adopted by the Organization within the limits of its statutory powers and are binding on all members.

The organization is a non-profit association, the main purpose of which is not to make a profit. The organization is free to choose the areas of its activities and operates on the principles of voluntariness, self-government, free choice of the territory of activity, equality before the law, lack of property interest of its members (participants), transparency, openness and publicity.
