Sergeant Dmytro Haivoronsky, commander of the 1st mortar platoon - senior officer at the HF battery A7378, who took a military oath of allegiance to the Ukrainian people, died courageously while performing military duty on January 30, 2025 in the area of ​​the village of Novoserhiivka, Izyum district, Kharkiv region.

Dmytro was born on July 11, 1988 in the town of Kreminna, Severodonetsk district, Luhansk region.

In 2003, he and his family moved to the Zmiivska community in the village of Zidki. Dmytro studied at the Vyrishalna school, then obtained the profession of a welder at the Kharkiv vocational school. Then he received higher education at Kharkiv University.

He worked as a truck driver.

In 2018, Dmitry started a family. Together with his wife, they raised a little daughter.

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Dmytro volunteers to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

He will forever remain a model of courage, resilience, and heroism.

On February 5, the village of Zidky said goodbye to its deceased fellow villager, 36-year-old Dmytro Haivoronsky.

From the first days of the full-scale invasion, Dmytro volunteered to join the ranks of Ukraine's defenders. All this time, he courageously and loyally defended his land, his relatives, the freedom and territorial integrity of the entire country.

Unfortunately, his life was cut short on the battlefield.

Dmitry is survived by his wife, daughter, mother, and sister.
