On January 11, the deceased Hero Oleksandr Kalinichenko was buried in the village of Kostiantovka.

He will forever remain 24...

Oleksandr stood up for the defense of his native country on August 15, 2022, and all this time he courageously and bravely defeated the enemy, remaining faithful to his military oath until his last breath.

His heart stopped on January 5, 2024 near the settlement of Novomykhailivka, Pokrovsky district, Donetsk region, where soldier Oleksandr Kalinichenko, a sapper of the engineering and sapper department, an engineering and sapper platoon of a mechanized battalion, died while performing a combat mission.

The entire village accompanied Alexander on his final journey. Zmiiv City Mayor Pavlo Golodnikov came to say goodbye to the deceased, expressing his condolences to the family of the deceased Hero.

Oleksandr Kalinichenko is survived by his mother and two brothers, one of whom also defends the country in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Eternal and bright memory to Alexander. Strength and endurance to his family to survive this heavy loss.
