Operator of the 2nd section of electronic warfare with unmanned aerial vehicles of the 1st platoon of electronic warfare of the electronic warfare company of military unit A0501, senior soldier.

Died in the KNP "KMKL No. 2" in Kyiv (as a result of being wounded while defending the Motherland, having shown resilience and courage while performing combat missions)

On July 23, the village of Zidki hosted the funeral of Oleg Tykhenko, our compatriot, defender of Ukraine, senior soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Oleg was born on February 23, 1969, and worked as a truck driver for most of his life. In June 2022, despite his health, he signed a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the UAV electronic warfare unit. He was seriously injured while performing a combat mission. On July 15, 2025, his heart stopped in a Kyiv hospital. Long live the Hero. Eternal honor and glory. Heroes do not die! 🇺🇦.
