πŸ•―πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦ The heart of a courageous Warrior, Oleksandr Ishchenko from the village of Taranivka, Zmiivska community, stopped in the hospital. After prolonged treatment for serious injuries, Sergeant Oleksandr Ishchenko passed away on August 17. Forever 55… The tragic news was reported in a local Facebook group.

In civilian life, Oleksandr was an exemplary father, friend, and citizen. A retired rescuer, always smiling, well-mannered, and sincere β€” that is how his family and friends will remember him.

After being drafted into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, he bravely served in the hottest parts of the front. During the battles near Cherkassy-Porechny in the Kursk region, he was seriously wounded. Despite numerous operations and prolonged treatment, Oleksandr steadfastly fought for his life, but on August 17 his heart stopped in the hospital.

He died from his wounds in the hospital of the VMCC ZR in the city of Lviv, Lviv region (having courageously fulfilled his military duty, in the fight for Ukraine, its freedom and independence).

The Hero is survived by his wife and two sons.

On August 21, 55-year-old Hero Oleksandr Ishchenko was taken to his last earthly journey in the village of Taranivka. Since December 2024, Oleksandr had been fighting for his life after being seriously wounded. But the Defender's heart stopped.

Oleksandr was born on March 7, 1970 in the village of Taranivka. He spent his childhood and youth here. After school, he served his military service, and upon returning home, he devoted his life to serving in the fire department, rescuing people.

In 1993, he started a family and raised two sons with his wife.

The man stood up for the defense of Ukraine in February 2024. He fought where it was most difficult, showing courage and fortitude. On December 19, 2024, he was seriously wounded.

Once again, we express our deepest condolences to Alexander's family and friends.

Bright memory and eternal respect to the brave warrior!

His name is forever inscribed in the book of Ukrainian courage.

We will remember the price at which our freedom is fought.
