The Zmiiv City Council sadly announces the death of our fellow countryman, Zmiiv resident Andriy Pavlovich Pedenko, born in 1969.

The service number of the mechanized detachment of the mechanized platoon of the mechanized company of the mechanized battalion, Sergeant Andriy Pedenko died on May 8 in the city of Bakhmut, Donetsk region, while performing a combat mission, receiving injuries incompatible with life.

The farewell ceremony for the fallen Hero will take place on May 17 at 12:00 near the flagpole in the city of Zmiiv.

On May 17, Zmiiv paid the last respects to his fallen compatriot, Zmiiv resident Andriy Pavlovich Pedenko. He died on May 8 in the city of Bakhmut, Donetsk region, while performing a combat mission at the age of 54.
