Oleksiy was born on June 1, 1998 in the village of Veleten. He was an excellent student and the pride of the local school, participated in All-Ukrainian student Olympiads and competitions. According to the results of one of the Olympiads in the 11th grade, Oleksiy received an invitation to continue his studies from two universities - Kharkiv National Automobile and Road University and Kharkiv National Economic University.

In 2015, Oleksiy received the status of a candidate member of the Small Academy of Sciences. In 2022, he graduated from the State Biotechnical University with a degree in entrepreneurship, trade and stock exchange activities.

I couldn't imagine my life without sports.

A keen sense of justice became decisive in his fate. He never stopped in the face of difficulties, persistently and energetically moving towards his intended goal.

And when the enemy launched a full-scale war against Ukraine, Oleksiy was among the first volunteers to defend his country.

On June 23, 2022, Oleksiy Wenger did not return from another combat mission.

For more than two years, his family waited and believed in a miracle. But the miracle did not happen.

Oleksiy Venger died while performing a combat mission on June 23, 2022 in the village of Dementiivka, Dergachiv district,

Kharkiv region.

The farewell ceremony for Oleksiy will take place on January 20 at 11:00 in the village of Veleten (near the House of Culture).

IN MEMORY OF OLEKSII WENGHER

On January 20, in the village of Veleten, a courageous defender, 24-year-old Oleksiy Wenger, was taken to his final earthly journey.

From the first days of the full-scale invasion, Oleksiy stood up for the defense of his country as part of a separate reconnaissance and sabotage unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, "Kraken".

In June 2022, the man did not return from another combat mission. All this time, his family believed that he was alive and waited for good news.

But, unfortunately, the worst was recently confirmed. Oleksiy Venger died while performing a combat mission on June 23, 2022 in the village of Dementiivka, Dergachiv district, Kharkiv region.

More than two years after his death, Alexey returned home - "on the shield."

The hero was buried with honors in his native Veletny.

Eternal honor and memory to Oleksiy Wenger and everyone who gave their lives for Ukraine!
